UNH has partnered with 托灵顿校区的属性 to provide off-campus housing in Durham.
This building consists of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartment units, with a full kitchen, bathroom, a flat-screen TV, plus a desk and armoire in each bedroom. Rent is $895 a month per person for two, three and four person apartments. One-bedroom apartments are $1600 per month, typically for a couple. Heat, 热水, cable, and WIFI are included. The tenant will be responsible for electricity and the bill is divided equally among the residents of each unit. Amenities such as onsite fitness center, two laundry facilities on site, resident study lounge and free parking are included. Wildcat transit runs regularly during the academic year and building is within walking distance.
Located in a quiet residential area, these newly renovated units offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Rent is $1000 a month per person in a two-bedroom apartment, excluding utilities. A one-bedroom apartment is $1300, excluding utilities (electricity and Wi-Fi). Parking is provided for a fee. The building is pet friendly and it is located within walking distance to the UNH Campus and downtown Durham Area.
Steps away from UNH Campus and downtown Durham, these single private units include all utilities (heat, 热水, electricity) except Wi-Fi. 每个单元, with various sizes to choose from, 配有水槽, 微波, and mini fridge and exterior window. 每张床的租金是750美元.
